Shroud founds esport team in Valorant, plays itself - that's how it ran

Micheal "Shroud" Gruesiek (27) is one of the largest streamer on Twitch. He is known as "human AIM-bot" or "shooter-god", his professional days in CS: Go are 4 years ago. Now the 27-year-old wants to know again. He founds an ESPORT team invalorant from streamers and plays with themselves. But is it enough for young, ambitious professionals?

What is this with Shroud and Pro-Gaming? The Twitch Streamer "Shroud" is presented again and again as a former professional gamer of CS: Go. That's right, but he was only a relatively short time actively as a professional player and has made a name as a streamer early.

Shroud played Professional CS from 2013 to 2017: Go. His most important time he had, as Cloud9 he bought his then ORG and continued in CS: Go. As part of Cloud9, Shroud 2015 won two titles in the ESL.

But already in 2017, with 23 years, the professional career of Shroud was over. He just wanted to be replacement player for Cloud9 and became relatively soon to the full-time streamer.

Shroud benefited from his professional time: However, Shroud has been in CS since his time: GO that he is considered "legitimima, really good shooter player". In contrast to entertainers such as DrdisResepct (considers itself for the largest) or timthat ass (stops for a 30-year-old dad who gets a bald body) Shroud is known as absolute experts.

Even though he himself does little to see his shooter skills, the fans swarm the more of the "human AIM-Bot" and "Shooter-God".

Shroud believes that Valorant will surpass the shooter CS: Go, because of a detail

Shroud founds a team to valorant from ~~ TV chips ~~ twitch streamers

That was the plan now: Since his return to Twitch in 2020, after the end of Mixer, Shroud had suggested that he plans something "big".

Now became known: Shroud puts its own team for the shooter Valorant, many with CS: Go compare.

And he will play himself in Valorant.

His team includes a few twitch streamers known for APEX Legends and CS: Go and used to have professionals themselves:

shrouds WANTS Leviathan TO BE SIGNED in TSM!

  • Okey "Iitzimmy" (21) - Knows from Apex Legends
  • Leonardo "Laski" Arroyo (24) - was pro in CS: Go
  • Shawn "Shawnbm" Myers - Is Content Creator to Valorant
  • Skyler "relyks" Weaver (26) - Ex-professional in CS: Go
  • And he himself: Michael "Shroud" Grzesiek (27) - Shooter-God on Twitch

Shroud's fun team wins round 1 - and it was already

Can Shroud can do it at all? With Twitch Streamers, it is similar to TV chips. In itself it is professionals, but they no longer practice their actual job as before.

Therefore, there were some doubts as to whether a team of Twitch Streamers, which used to be professionals, to bring it against active, young professionals at all. It could have been good that Shroud is going to choose the hucco.

But the Team of Shroud has won his first match with the Open Qualifiers in Valorant sovereign. They defeated their opponents in Na VCT Stage Three Challenger Two Open qualifiers with 13-6 and 13-4 on the cards Haven and Bind.

Papa Shroud got 11 kills and haven, with strong 12 assists while he died 10 times. At Bind he played 16 to 11 with six assists, he used the new Valorant hero Kayo.

But in both matches, one of his new streaming buddies turned up and put killer numbers. That was the first round of qualifiers, here 128 teams took.

But in the next round, the success of the team was already over. 2-0 flew against the EZ5 team.

In the second match, Shroud did not look so strong anymore. Its stats were 13/15/5 and 9/15/4.

Then you realize that such a fun team that wants to play with the professionals, but quickly pushes to its limits. Even if Shroud can go out of the number with a raised head.

Even if it is not the case in professional gaming, Shroud does not have to worry about his future. If he needs money, he can just auction himself:
