Banjo-Kazoie is preparing to rock as part of the future wave of N64

Banjo-Kazooie, a rare classic N64, officially makes its place at the Nintendo Switch consoles. It was revealed during the recent Nintendo Direct broadcast that a list of N64 titles will arrive in the Switch Online Library in October, and the assembly shows that Banjo-Kazooie will be part of it.

It is a pleasure to introduce the bear and the bird on the last console of Nintendo, offering another modern way to savor its many collectibles and its wide-eyed eyes , said rare in its communiqué. Banjo-Kazooie would join F-Zero X and Paper Mario as one of the N64 titles that will be worn on the Switch consoles.

The original Banjo title belonging to Microsoft will soon be playable on a Nintendo console for the very first time since its release on Nintendo 64 in 1998. The fans of the franchise can even play with a new N64 wireless joystick for more authenticity.

This new project between Microsoft and Nintendo has proven that the relationship between the two giants of the game has become more cordial over the years. After all, the previous exclusive Xbox games, such as Ori and Caphead games, were also worn on the Nintendo platform.

It should be noted, however, that this is not the first time that Banjo and Kazooie are on SWITCH consoles. They have already been invited to be part of Smash Bros. Ultimate as DLC fighters. Yet fans of the franchise will be even happier to have the chance to play the original game on Nintendo s new material.

Now that Banjo-Kazooie has been confirmed for Nintendo Switch, this indicates that there could be more rare games to follow. Unfortunately, there were no announcements on this subject during the recent presentation of Nintendo Direct.
