Valorant - Koi confirms its new signing: Neptune joins the team to lead the template

Although just two weeks of competition have elapsed, KOI has carried out a signing for its Valorant template. Neptune joins the club founded by Ibai Llanos and Gerard Piqué. The organization signed a disappointing final of the season during the past Vrl Rising and in the new Stage 2 the situation has only worsened. In the maximum Spanish competition, the club march in penultimate position, having been able to win a single map when a third of the matches corresponding to the regular phase have already been played.

Neptune, the great veteran of the eSports

The trend was worrying and to overcome the situation they have incorporated to one of the most experienced players in the universe of electronic sports . Although Neptune (29 years old) does not have a wide career in Valorant, he already demonstrated his talent in the last edition of the National Championship, where he managed to end in second place with Case Esports. However, his great experiences were in Counter-Strike, League of Legends and Overwatch. He has been a professional from the three games, adding more than 15 years of experience and having harvested great results at national and international level.

Koi's results have put the club in an emergency situation. Beyond the qualifying situation, the team has not been able to stand up in most matches. Only in two of the five losses were able to add at least ten rounds and the only convincing victory came against a Real Betis Herbalife that points to a perpetual colista of the national competition of Valorant. In its first months of life, the sports structure of the club has not been able to meet the expected objectives for the organization with more fans in Spain.

In spite of everything, the situation is not yet dramatic. The Koi squad will still have four weeks and twelve games ahead to correct the situation. The first one, already with Neptune as a starter to Stark, will play it against UCAM. The duel will take place on Tuesday, May 24 from 6:00 p.m. . They will arrive with the handicap of not having had a great adaptation period and we will have to see if the renewed illusions of a change in the template are enough to carry out the confrontation.
